Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Perfumes and personal-use items are non-returnable once opened/used, due to hygiene reasons
How to Request a Return

- Share reason for return along with photos (if product is damaged/defective)
- Once approved, ship the item back or arrange pickup as instructed
Refunds

Exchanges

Delivery Time

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on order value/location

Cash on Delivery (COD)
